Charlotte and James founded Space Renovations after two combined decades of experience in design, engineering, property development and construction in the UK and Europe. They have been doing their own property development projects for the past 5 years and setting up Space to deliver bespoke bathrooms for clients was a natural progression from this.

Charlotte has spent many years working in structural engineering and property development management. She has a very keen eye for space and interiors and leads on design and specifying finishes. Her expertise ensures that each bathroom is carefully crafted to maximise functionality and style.

James spent 10 years as a chartered project management consultant delivering large residential developments to running his own development construction projects. James brings a design-focused approach to every project. As the leader of operations and installation, he oversees the smooth execution of each renovation, ensuring high-quality standards and seamless delivery from start to finish.
